Description
Torch-touched marshmallows transform juicy strawberries into warm, gooey bites, topped with crunchy graham cracker bits and a whisper of chocolate-vanilla drizzle for a playful taste explosion.
Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 g mini marshmallows
- 30 g graham cracker crumbs
- 30 ml chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat a kitchen blowtorch or set the oven broiler to high.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and remove their stems.
- Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top each one with mini marshmallows.
- Carefully toast the marshmallows with the blowtorch until golden brown, turning for even coloring, or broil 1–2 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the hot marshmallow tops.
- In a small bowl, stir together the chocolate syrup and vanilla extract, then drizzle over the strawberries.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving to set the toppings.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best texture and flavor.
- Keep a close eye when torching or broiling to prevent the marshmallows from burning.
- Serve immediately while the marshmallows are still warm and gooey.
- You can substitute marshmallow fluff in place of mini marshmallows for an easier prep.
