  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  2. In a mixing bowl combine the ground beef Worcestershire sauce garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper then divide into four equal portions and form into balls.
  3. Place the beef balls onto the hot skillet and smash them thinly with a spatula hold in place for 2 to 3 minutes to develop a crust then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until done.

  5. Remove the cooked patties from the skillet and place one on top of each bowl.

Notes

  • Handle the meat as little as possible when forming the balls for tender juicy burgers.
  • Use a sturdy metal spatula to press the patties for a perfect crispy crust.
  • Feel free to customize your bowl with avocado slices jalapenos or a fried egg.
  • Store components separately to prevent the lettuce from becoming soggy.
