Description

Crunchy kernels, toasted nuts, and salty pretzels get a sweet-spiced hug from melted honey-cinnamon butter, then mingle with tart cranberries, candy corn, and white chocolate for fall’s ultimate snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat melt butter, honey, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl combine popped popcorn, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, and pretzel sticks.
  3. Pour the melted cinnamon-honey mixture over the popcorn blend and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Add dried cranberries, candy corn, and white chocolate chips, then toss to distribute all ingredients.
  5. Spread the snack mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container to keep the mix fresh and crisp.
  • Substitute white chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips for extra richness.
  • For more spice, add a pinch of nutmeg or ground cloves to the butter mixture.
  • This mix is perfect for fall gatherings, movie nights, or road trip snacks.
