Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four pieces, then roll each piece into a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the biscuit bites are golden brown.
- While the bites bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and whisk in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the hot biscuit bites to a large bowl, pour the garlic butter over them, and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the coated bites and toss again until evenly covered.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, substitute garlic powder with 2 cloves of minced fresh garlic.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These bites pair well with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping.
