Description

Banana slices chilled to perfection, dipped in rich, velvety chocolate, then frozen into bite-sized treasures that crackle deliciously with every snap.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 100 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas into ½-inch rounds and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Freeze the banana slices for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil; heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen banana slice into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  5. Place the coated slices back on the parchment-lined tray and add any desired toppings.
  6. Freeze for another 15 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent mushiness.
  • Stir the chocolate continuously to avoid burning.
  • Add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles for extra texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
