This vibrant mix of juicy pineapple, mango, and papaya drenched in zesty lime-honey dressing bursts with tropical sunshine. Garnished with fresh mint and coconut for a refreshing finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup papaya chunks
  • 1 cup strawberry halves
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop pineapple, mango, papaya, banana, and oranges into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Hull strawberries and slice them in half.
  3. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together lime juice and honey until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruits and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped mint over the salad and toss lightly.
  7. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
